Request for Personal Data Deletion

Here you can submit a request to be removed from our database of research participants; please fill in your details in the form below. Once we have received your request, we will securely remove your personal data from the research database or anonymize your data so that it no longer constitutes personal data. This means that we will no longer contact you to inform you about upcoming clinical studies with us. 

It is important to know that if you have already participated in a study, CTC may have the right to continue processing your personal data to, for example, comply with the requirements of applicable laws. If you participate in a study, you will receive separate information on how your data will be processed and stored in the study when you are informed and asked for consent to participate in the study.
