Drug Policy

At CTC, we have zero tolerance for the use of illegal drugs.

• The safety of the research participant can no longer be guaranteed if drugs are mixed with study medication.
• Clinical studies almost exclusively require that participants must not use drugs to be eligible.
• The use of drugs compromises the credibility of study results, as side effects may occur due to drug use.

Drug tests are conducted during the health check-up and sometimes during the study. 

A positive drug test result due to illegal drugs and repeated use of illegal drugs may therefore mean that you cannot participate in future studies with us.
