Old – Request to delete personal data

Here you can submit a request to be removed from our research participant database; please fill out the form below with your information. Once we receive your request, we will securely delete your personal data from the research database or anonymize your data so that it no longer constitutes personal data. This means that we will no longer contact you to inform you about upcoming clinical trials with us. 

It is important to know that if you have already participated in a study, CTC may have the right to continue processing your personal data to, for example, comply with the requirements of applicable laws. If you participate in a study, you will receive separate information on how your data will be processed and stored in the study when you are informed and asked for consent to participate in the study.
