distributed, and excreted in the body, as well as its effect following repeated dosing.

Target group: men and infertile/postmenopausal women who are overweight, over the age of 25

Criteria for participation:

  • BMI between 30 and 39.9 kg/m²
  • Stable weight over the past 3 months
  • Be healthy
  • Unused medication that lowers blood sugar and may affect weight
    in the past year
  • Has not been treated with weight-loss medication or participated in a weight-loss program
    in the past three months
  • Do not use tobacco or nicotine products on a regular basis
  • Must not have participated in another drug study in the last three months

placebo twice daily. During four of the visits, you will stay overnight at the clinic for two
